Once fully funded, the Foundation will have a set of strategic priorities designed to meet our mission goals. Our current objectives are to i) complete a strategic planning process to define areas of focus, ii) build a best-in-class operational framework to support the growth of the Foundation, and iii) invest in pilot programs to test ideas and refine strategies.
